About

Work

I’m a software engineer working on infrastructure at Stripe.

I was previously a software engineer at Replit. A couple of the things I worked on were Database and HTTPS.

In summer 2017, I was a software engineering intern at Cisco Systems. I contributed to Sigma and worked on Kubernetes-aware applications such as Ghee.

In summer 2016, I was a technology intern at Susquehanna International Group, where I focused on verifying the validity of TCP sessions.

Photography

I enjoy photographing people, landscapes, wildlife, and sports. Some of my work can be found on Sid.pics.

School

I graduated in 2019 with a computer science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. While there, I was involved in several organizations.

The Polytechnic

At RPI’s weekly student newspaper, I held the positions of technology director, photography editor, managing editor, senior managing editor, and editor in chief. I spearheaded the development of Pipeline, our answer to “what comes after the newspaper?”

Web Technologies Group

I was the chairman of the Web Technologies Group. WebTech is a committee of the RPI Student Senate focused on technological solutions for students, such as Shuttle Tracker.

Rensselaer Center for Open Source

I have worked on a few open-source projects as part of RCOS, and I have been a mentor for other projects in RCOS. Some of the projects I’ve worked on include Pipeline and Shuttle Tracker.
